We ship within the United States only, via USPS. Catalog orders ship within 3-5 business days; custom orders ship within 1-2 weeks. Transit time is additional and depends on USPS.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, and re-shipping a returned package requires payment of additional shipping.

Every card is made to order, so all sales are final. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production hasn't started. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, email support@saturdaystand.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address to fulfill and ship it, and to send you order and shipping confirmation emails.

Payment is handled directly by Stripe — Saturday Stand never sees or stores your full card number. We don't sell or share your personal information with anyone outside of what's needed to process and ship your order (our payment processor and shipping carrier).
